At GlamGist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we have a straightforward returns and refunds policy to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible.

1. Return Eligibility

You can return items within 7-10 business days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@glamgist.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return criteria.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we do not process direct exchanges.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items or items marked as final sale

  • Custom or personalized items

7. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
